Manicuring

The manicure program is 450 clock hours in length. This course meets the licensing standard for both Indiana and Illinois. A graduate of this course can be licensed and employed as a professional within 30 days of completion. |
The Curriculum includes studies in:
- Basic Manicure and Spa Protocals
- Skin Exfoliations and Support Treatments
- Numerous Artificial Nail Techniques and Chemical Studies
- Electric Drill and File Usage
- Swedish Hand and Foot Massage
- Law Statue
- Sanitation and Safety
- Employment Preparation
- Salon Operation and Management
- Various Supportive Sciences
Because Don Roberts is a complete cosmetology school, the manicuring course exceeds the minimum state curriculum standard for licensure.
A high school diploma or GED is required for enrollment.
Preregistration and orientation is required prior to enrollment. A $50.00 non refundable registration fee is required to secure your position in class. To provide a quality education for all students we reserve the right to limit the number in each class.
